Childhood-ness

I walked back home from school with Dawn and Gabrielle.

" Who do you think dressed worst today?" Dawn asked, pointing out that it was dress down day.

" Well, I think it was Annabe--"

Gabrielle was interrupted by a loud gasp.

"THE ICE CREAM TRUCK!! WOOHOOOO!!!!!!!!" Dawn ran fast, following the music.

"I'm going with her, Bye Bells!" Gabrielle said.

I tried not to remember what happened LAST time when Gabrielle left for the ice cream truck.

I still have that gosh darned scar in my knee.

"Bella?" A voice said.

Completely unfamiliar.
It gave a laugh-gasp.

I turned around.

A boy, taller than me, yet just inches shorter than Rodger, his hair was long, but opposite of Rodger's. His was more swept to the side, like... erg, Justin Bieber...

I looked down at the floor.

"You don't remember me, Don't cha?" He asked.

" Uhh... Not really..." I blushed.

"I can't believe I remember everything about you! Bella Alexis Flynne, Birthday June 27, 1998, Favorite color turquoise, great singer, loves getting her hands messy..." He said.


I was speechless. Either I have some magical wizard or a extreme stalker in front of me because I swear I never seen this guy before.

"I'm Collin. I was your best friend. And Gabrielle's. I guess you just complete forgot about me. Since you moved around so gosh darned much." He said.

It came back.
Collin. Collin Smith.

" Oh, My, gawsh! COLLIN!!" I jumped on his arms.

"Nice that you remember me bits," He laughed.

I laughed too.

" Look Bella, I bought a Popsicle!" Gabrielle's voice was far behind.

I turned around.

She slowed down when she saw the rare blond male standing next to me.

She finally reached me.

" Uhh. Hello..." Gabrielle awkwardly said while giving me the mango frozen-ness.

" You don't remember me either, Gabrielle?" Collin hesitated.

" Nothing at all? You don't recognize me? " he asked.

Gabrielle shook her head.

" Gamberelle?" He said.

Gamberelle- The nickname childhood-Collin gave Gabrielle. Combination of Gabrielle and Amber.

Gabrielle gasped.

"Collin?" She hugged him.

"Reunited." He whispered.
