Double dates and double layered-cake

Just hours before the competition, Rodger had asked me to go on a date with him.

I invited Bethie and Sal.

"I'm so exited." I told Miranda, who was in the edge of her bed upside-down texting.

"Why?" She asked, not looking away from her phone.

"Me and Rodger have a double date." I said.

"Double dates are so cute!" She said, half-knowing what she is saying.

I wore a turquoise dress a little down the knees with some gold stilettos.

"YO STARS! I'm out to a date!" I yelled as I left the suite.

Rodger was waiting for me in the lobby.

He was wearing a tux with a turquoise tie and converse.

"Looking fancy!" I greeted him with a hug.

"I bought the tie and converse just for you." Rodger said.

"Really?" I asked

"Yeah" He said opening the door for me.

He knows my favorite color in the world.

" Did that one hurt?" He asked pointing at my ear in the bus.

"Kind of. Don't get a piercing." I told him

"Oh, trust me I won't" He said.

" Reservations under Rodger, please. Table for four." Rodger said in a fancy manner.



" Are you nervous for the competition?" He asked pushing my chair.
" Heck yeah" I answered.

The seat were SO hard...

It wasn't long until Bethie's sweet voice called my name.

"Hi Beth!" I said, hugging her.

"This is my date, Rodger." I introduced her to Rodger. They shook hands.
"This is Sal." She introduced me to Sal.
"Pleasure meeting you, Rodger." Sal shook Rodger's hand.
"And who is this lovely lady you have brought with you?" He asked.
"This is my girlfriend, Bella" I blushed so friking hard...
He kissed my hand.

"You look SO pretty!" I complimented Bethie.
"You too!" She said as we sat down.

We ordered drinks. I ordered non-alcohol piña colada.

"Sal's nice" I whispered under the menu.
" So is Rodger" Bethie said.

Sal took Bethie's menu and growled.
I thought that was so cute. I smiled.

Then we ordered our food.

Bethie stopped eating.

I felt like saying, What's wrong? But I didn't for some odd reason.

But she ate afterwords.

Her phone beeped.

"Excuse me." She said taking out her phone.

It was an update from facebook.

She got a hand drill from frontierville.

I want one of those!

Dessert was cake. It was SO good.

Bethie said it was the best cake in the world.

Rodger fed me cake. I think he's up to something.

Sal pretended feed Bethie, but failed.

I giggled, it was so cute that Sal was trying to be romantic.

Bethie went to the bathroom, I stood up to follow her but Rodger pulled my hand and nodded.

"Sal, why do you want Bethie to be a cheerleader?" I asked Sal.
"I want to see her in a short skirt." He joked. Rodger laughed but I just rolled me eyes.

I gave him a cold stare.

"Okay, I just feel like I want to spend more time with her. And... it would be cute." He said.

I nodded.

Then Bethie came back.

"Are you okay?" Sal asked Bethie.
"I'm fine" Bethie said.

"I had SO much fun!" I told Bethie and Sal.

They thanked Rodger for paying.

We said good-bye. We headed to the hotel, they headed home.

"Rodger, thank you SO much." I thanked Rodger.
"It was nothing. Anything for you." Rodger said, leaning in for a kiss.

My eyes widened as he got closer.

I wanted to run, but he was hugging me.

And so we kissed.

And we kept walking.

I looked back at Bethie and Sal, they kissed for the first time.

That was SO cute!
