"UGH!" Miranda sat on her suitcase that apparently was not closing.
" Let me help you." I said, launching my self to her suitcase.
She pulled the zipper until the suit case was completely shut.
"Now that's what I call teamwork!" She said sarcastically.
"It looks like it's going to explode." Laura said, poking her head in our room.
We're leaving Sunday.
Sadly.
Really, really, sad.
Even if I have to pay the dog sitter A LOT more, it's still sad.
Miranda ran to the living room for food.
What were we doing here?
It's our last few days in Ohio, and we're here in a stupid hotel room.
Great, huh?
We should be out.
We should be having fun.
Not stuck here in a hotel room.
"Hey! You guys, these are our last few days here in Ohio. Why are we stuck in this stupid hotel room?" I asked.
"I don't know. We have no reason why to be cramped in here. We have to get out of here. Lets go to the arcade. Or to the mall. Ice skating, perhaps." I suggested.
"Yeah! Let's go Ice skating!" Everyone agreed.
And so I took my bag, my pea coat, and out the door we went.
We paid for our ice skated and huddled together in the ice.
Laura let out a loud scream when she slipped and fell on her butt.
"Oh come on! You guys are not gonna stand by the rails all the time right?" I asked picking up Laura.
Everyone gave me a glare.
" Nope!" Miranda said bravely as she let go of the rails and wiggled in front of me.
"So you think you can handle anything?" I teased her.
"Yep!" She said.
"Really?" I asked sarcastically.
She nodded. I grabbed her hand and rapidly skated around the sink.
"NO! STOP! NOOO!" She yelled.
" You said you could take anything!" I told her.
"Okay, I CAN'T TAKE THIS! NOW STOP! STOOOOOOOOOOP!" She yelled.
Until I stopped far, far away from the other girls.
I could see fear in her face.
"Wimp!" I teased her.
"I'm not. I just, have to get used to it."
"Come on--" I grabbed her hand.
"NO..." She slipped her hand out.
"I'm just gonna take to the girls." I told her.
"... Fine." We skated back to the girls.
We all got the hand of it, but I was the best.
"I'm hungry." Miranda announced after a while.
"Okay, let's go to the food court.
We skated our way back to the door, then we walked to the food area.
Everyone ordered hot dogs and hot chocolate.
We skated for a while until everyone announced they were tired.
We went home and every plopped down in they're beds.
I took a small nap.
I looked at the clock set up in the cream coloured walls.
I got my back and my coat and headed out the door, not worrying how my hair looked.
And off I went to the directions Beth sent me.
I walked up the driveway and knocked on the hard, wood door.
"Who is it?" A voice asked.
"Bella, I'm here for Beth"
